Stephens
My name is Gabby Stephens and I am currently a senior at the Ohio State University. I am an ambitious full-time student who juggles working a part-time job and school at once. I am active, social, and passionate about fashion and the influence it has around the world.
Bio
I am unsure of one specific area of the fashion world I would like to work in. Areas of interest for me are a floor set designer, being a buyer for a company, and lastly being a merchandiser.
My previous work experience included serving jobs at Texas Roadhouse and Press Pub on 5th. I also was a sales associate at the retail company Aeropostale.
Short Term
My short term goals are to complete my internship, graduate in the Spring with my degree in Fashion Merchandising, and gain a full time position at one of the major fashion headquarters here in Columbus.

My long term goals are to have received a promotion within three years of starting my career, and within ten years of working be starting my own small clothing store.

Internship Project
Description:
I was responsible for running the social media for Le flair Boutique. I was asked to used the merchandise from the store along with a graphics board to create a post online to help increase exposure and sales.
Goals:
To increase the following base online by at least 15%, and to complete the sales of the items displayed in the posts.

Reached slightly below a 15% increase on social media followers, but sold every piece advertised in each post.
