I chose to focus on the meaning of dance because I began to view dance as something completely different since the beginning of this online class. Dance to me is something that can you can do in a professional environment or just about anywhere whether you're happy, sad, angry or just bored. It is something that brings cultures together and anyone can participate in this activity. It can also help you physically , mentally and spiritually.
