What does wellness mean to you?
To me wellness is a state of being in great health while working to pursue a goal/challenge. Wellness means that I am healthy, happy, and able to handle all things thrown in my direction.

Several factors come into play when considering overall wellness such as our ability to relate and to connect with other people in our world, our ability to understand and cope with the challenges life can bring, our ability to establish peace and harmony in our lives, our ability to open our minds to new ideas and experiences, and our ability to maintain a healthy quality of life.
Some factors that can interfere with a persons overall wellness could be: your smoking, your diet, your physical health, relationship abuse, your sleep schedule, your forms of relaxation, and your ability to make friends.
Our social habits and our ability to stay positive are what affects our relationships whether it's one with a family member, a friend, or maybe a significant other. Positivity will help us feel more comfortable interacting with one another.
Allow yourself to think about living longer and allow yourself to be grateful to be happy. Letting people into your life is also important to maintaining overall wellness as it well help to keep a sense of positivity in your life and lower stress levels.
