Something CHS could do to make their donation drives more successful would be to share some sort of "progress bar." This could help potential donors to easily see what is still needed, rather than needing to guess if a particular donation drive is still active. It may also encourage donations since people like to see the bar fill up over time.

CHS should also post more than once about each donation drive. They could utilize the "Stories" function on Facebook and Instagram to remind followers about ongoing donation requests.

On January 29th, CHS posted to Facebook and Instagram requesting donations of sanitary bags and scoops to help clean up after the dogs in their care. (Capital Humane Society 2024 a, b)
