What is drought

Drought is an extended period of no rain which leads to a water shortage. A drought can lead to many things such as animals dying, drought is a really bad time to be a farmer in. Drought is a very deadly period of time because it can lead to water shortages and other bad causes. Drought can be caused by pollution and radiation, this means their is more than one definition of drought which you will see in this next slide.

Description
Pollution is a very extreme time in high temperatures it is caused because of all the smoke and all the bad chemicals. This is not good because all the pollution hits the atmosphere and creates holes and that is bad because then the suns rays can hit the earth and the atmosphere won't be able to recover, when the suns rays hit the earth it makes a drought eliminating all clouds and decreases the chance of rain

The first drought started in 1982 and ended in 1983, later on in 1996 there was a drought that happened that was from 1996 to 2010 that was 14 years of drought non stop! imaging the farmers in those days how could they last 14 years. do you think you could last 14 years as a farmer in the heat working, feeding and planting.

The drought affects the environment in many ways plants and animals like us need water to survive and the drought cuts out the water supply and it stops raining so that will mean that plants will die too, animals can too die from drought and that will cut our food supply, farmers are also suffering because their animals and crops are dying and they are going to be unable to support supermarkets which sell food products

It might seem shocking but humans can die in drought, humans can die in drought because when the pollution created my us humans is hitting the atmosphere and that is letting the sun rays let in and that is causing diseases such as skin cancer and Melanoma. Humans can die in drought not only because of the heat its because of the water shortage caused by a drought, animals also die because of the unforgivable heat.

Animals can survive if they had a big drink of water, if they had a decent amount of water that they drank in the start, if they had no water for the drought that went for 14 years they would likely die in the wilderness, animals such as zebra can last up to 5 years without water. Even though droughts are dangerous animals can last through what is happening with their unique ways camels have been known to survive six or seven months without actually drinking water and that makes them prime for droughts.

I have been dying of frustration when miss makes us play HEADS DOWN THUMBS UP so here is a game miss you can not say no because this is part of my presentation >:) haha, so the game will be farmer trouble, how we play is that everyone is in a circle and we have to make someone stand up behind a person that is sitting behind and they both have to persuade people that farmers need to be supported and the others vote who gets the most votes goes to the next player! like around the world have fun!!!! My experience, when me and habron fought for the seat next to the computer and when miss made me start a new one I thought I was doomed but i changed into super man! I went as crazy as a chicken when I was doing this and I still don't think it was worth it but okay
