THE CRIME: While it is called the "Cold War," the conflict between the United States and the Soviet Union created numerous violent conflicts. Countless millions of people died in the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Soviet-Afghan War, and many small-scale wars in Africa and South America.
We will start with the Soviet Union. Examine the evidence provided to fill in your Evidence Notebook. When completed, answer:
