IT IS REQUIRED:
After the download and the first login with your email on the main page of the competition, you must change your code to be unknown to us when you check that everything is ok.
FLIGHTS
The screen that appears is tittled ''FLIGHTS'', it shows the flights of the samples you will evaluate.
Select the "flight" you
are going to evaluate
• The screen that appears is titled "Sample Score," It shows all the samples with the unique sample code included in the specific "flight."
• Select the sample (unique sample code)
to be evaluated.
Sample Score
• When you have completed all the series ratings (and possible corrections), you must press the "Lock" option at the top right of the screen to lock your selections. If you do not press the «Lock» option, the committee chair will not complete the evaluation of the sample.
• You cannot make a new correction after the series is locked.
• The first four options (Color, Nose, Palate, Overall comments) allow you to choose from a list; what features do you think the corresponding sample has (you can choose from 1 to all). Select each one of the above options and make your choices.
• If you want to add a comment not in the list, you can write it in the field.
• "More Comments" and then click "save" to save your comment.
• To return to the previous page, press the arrow (upper left of the screen).
• The following options appear on the screen that you must complete:
• A) Color,
• B) Nose,
• C) Palate,
• D) Overall comments,
• and E) Score entry
When you have finished selecting and adding the comments, enter the rating you want.
At the bottom of the screen is the rating entry field.
