Team's 1 & 2 are both followed by SICU
- Team 1 will involve "rounding"
- Team 2 followed by specific NP for the day
*The longer on the unit - the more sense this will make, especially if on dayshift*

(TBI, bone fx, organ lacs, spinal precautions)
*less often - kidney transplants or various patient populations that are overflows from another ICU or a RRT that was brought to the SICU for higher level of care
