The Panama Canal was successfully built due to Roosevelt. Roosevelt also received a Nobel Prize for being the only president to successfully end the Russo-Japanese War. He influenced the United States with his actions. He did all of this while being the President of the United States. He was a great president who also dominated early twentieth century politics.
