New years give us an opportunity to reflect about who we are as people.
How would you like to change as a person?
I.E. I want to be more flexible.
I want to be less disorganized.
Let's look at some vocabulary words that can help us describe people's personalities.
When giving advice, we can use the modal verb "should".
Example: "I want to be richer!"
"You should save more money."
I want to be healthier!
I want to be friendlier.
I want to study more!
Like we learned last class, we can use "I'm going to" or "I will" to express future plans or intentions.
We can express desires and wishes with the phrase "I would like to...". This is different from a plan.
Ex: I would like to go to Paris.
"Might" is a modal verb that can be used to express "possibility".
Ex: I think it might rain tomorrow.
What are your:
- plans?
- possibilities?
- dreams?
