Author's Craft
By Kyle Burman
Main characters in Susan Beth Pfeffer's books (at least in this series) take on leadership roles and help their families.
The setting in both books are a bit different but mostly the same because even though ones in Springfield Pennsylvania and another one is in New York it is on the same timeline and they are suffering the same things.
The conflict in both the stories is the moon got knocked closer to earth causing colder winters and tsunamis.
Motifs and themes in both books are similar because they have the same idea in both books and It is about how life changing it is in those books.
