But why use a parallelism

But what is the difference?

The first two portions of the restaurants features- fresh food and reasonable prices- are in parallel form. but the last feature, the descriptive word follows the first word, unlike fresh and reasonable, which came before the word being described. You want to make sure that you are keeping everything parallel to each other when listing.
