• Close to shopping malls and restaurants
• Free high speed WiFi
• Best breakfast

Weaknesses

• Crowded beach
• We can block a section of the beach off just for the people of the resort.
• Staff
• Make sure to hire the best staff and give them proper training
• Food not good
• Put more effort into food and make sure our cooks are trained.

Turks and Cacios has a history of previous Zika virus transmission.

Opportunities

There has been many changes in the industry, these changes are:

• increase in health trends
• technology
• more changes to suit each visitors needs

We are going to try and add these aspects into our own resort by:

• Having healthier breakfast options
• Adding a workout room
• More technology advances (faster WiFi, better TVs, and more updated rooms)
• More room options based off the consumers needs (more beds, kitchen, bigger bathroom)

Local Events

• MOTTAC Music Festival - musical festival containing local artists.
• Annual kite flying festival - takes place Easter Monday in Provo. There's kite flying and an Easter egg hunt.

Threats

Local resorts:

• Hotel La Vista Azul - clifftop resort with an ocean view, outdoor pools, hot tubs, and low price
• The Palms Turks and Caicos - spa, indoor pools, restaurants, and direct beach access.

More money has to be spent to offer more expansions and to update the rooms.
