WHAT WAS THE CAUSE AND EFFECT

The cause of nazis useing the blitzkrieg tactic and being sucsesful required . Concentration of offensive wepons such as tanks, planes, and artillery. These forces cause a breach in enemy defenses then the armored tank division goes and penetrates rapidly. Causeing them to roam freely behind enemy lines causeing shock and disorganizatioin among the enemy defenses.

Despite the continuing war with Great Britain, German forces invaded the Soviet Union in June 1941. At first, the German Blitzkrieg seemed to succeed. Soviet forces were driven back to the gates of Moscow, with staggering losses. In December 1941, Hitler declared war on the United States, which added tremendous economic and military power to the coalition arrayed against him. A second German offensive against the Soviet Union in 1942 brought German forces in the east to the shores of the Volga River and the city of Stalingrad. However the germens were not use to the cold and half of the germen army froze to death the Soviet Union were use to the cold and launched a counteroffensive in November 1942, trapping and destroying an entire German army at Stalingrad.

copairing triench war to blitzkreig

Trench and blitzkrieg are both good tactics during their period, WW I and II. The trenches provided good defense and was able to stop enemy forces from invading particular areas. While the blitzkrieg provided brutal forces with fast pace, as a result the germens had many victories during the short period of time. However, both tactics have the down side, for trench, it lacked in progress and caused many deaths and causalities. For blitzkrieg, it was most likely a gamble, if the tactic failed; it was hard to have reinforcement because the army was far apart from their reinforcement due to their fast progrss.
