On the 31st of December 1961 RTE was created. The most reconisable programme of RTE is the RTE News At 6. It is famous for all the News reporters that have either died, retired or is still doing it now. It has changed and grown a lot in 56 years! It is famous for the News around the world and it is still going now! (2017)

Doctor Who was the BBCs stand out show. The first doctor ( my favourte ) William Hartnell was the first actor to play this part. He loved the role but he got too sick to continue the role and the BBC came up with a smart move to make him regenerate by changing his form to look like the second Doctor ( Patrick Troughton )

Radio Telifis Eireann (RTE)

Created on the 31st of December 1961, RTE TV is an Irish TV programme that has many Irish shows and quite a few famous shows. The 1st person to speak on RTE TV was Eamon de Valera who was the President at that time

'Like Now' was a music TV programme in the 60s. It was the Irish version of 'Top of the Pops'. This picture was taken around 1967/ 1968. The band on stage were called 'Stop Press'. The bass player on the left of the stage is Richie Donovan who is my grandad!

Spiderman is an amazing show. It's a bit funny seeing our favourite webslinger swing around the big apple . The show had two seasons (and I watch both of them) . The show lasted three years.

Stan Lee is the creator of Spiderman and is 94 years old.
