DEFINITION
KSMC Quality Day 2018 is an opportunity to celebrate the various ACHIVEMENTs related to Quality improvement & patient safety and recognize those teams that encounter new challenges and share experiences to improve performance every day.
AIM
Spreading the culture of quality and patient safety.
OBJECTIVES
- 1. Help to make the QMPS Administration vision a reality,
- 2. Create a competitive culture to continue improving process and outcome.
- 3. To provide an opportunity to KSMC staff to participate in Q. improvement activities
- 4. To invest the KSMC leadership support in participating for improvement activities.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- Increase KSMC staff participation and involvement in activities related to quality.
- More support to quality and patient safety activities.
- Celebrate the value of KSMC staff achievements.
- Increase awareness on quality and patient safety.
