  • Some jobs are considered to be more hazardous than others.
  • The US Labor Statistics for 2017 listed the most dangerous jobs in America:
  • #1 on the list was Loggers at 110.9 deaths per 100k
  • #2 Fishermen
  • #3 Pilots and Flight Engineers
  • #4 Roofers
  • #5 Garbage Collectors at 35.8 deaths per 100k
  • Considering the duties of the High Priest, if one did not do his duties exactly as God directed death resulted every time.
  • Nadab and Abihu offered "strange fire" which could have been any act that deviated from God's directions.
  • Sin has catastrophic consequences and is defined to be any action in disobedience to God.
