Possibly eating to much while distracted - I do have this problem sometimes, (even though it doesn’t show) I sometimes grab like a bag of chips or Trail Mix and get distracted (probably by a T.V or a video) and down half of it.
Sitting for long periods of time - I sometimes sit for long periods of time while watching T.V or playing Video Games. I also see a lot more people sit then stand in my life.
The impact on your social life - I use to play on video games a lot more then hang out with friends. Granted my friend and I hung out on video games, I didn’t really go out with them that much besides seeing them at school.
Not doing things you need to do - I sometimes get to into something (like T.V, Video Games, or phone) and can’t stop doing it to do something important (like homework, chores, or work). It happens a lot less now but I use to be addicted to electronics and be bored of homework. (Still not the biggest fan of it)
If there is a important work or school assignment and that is something else you want to do that is considered being lazy. This can affect you if you put it off to the side for to long. It can give you stress and affect your mode and social life.
Exercise is very important in your daily lives. You put that aside and it can lead to more than just back pain. According to Mayo Clinic, for adults you need at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week to keep a healthy lifestyle.
It's very healthy to get interaction with people every now and then. If you are not getting out enough interaction do to your laziness it can affect your mental health. Get more human interaction can help you in the future with things like first interactions with people, which may be important for a job interview or someone you have to work with.
This is the most important topic in my opinion. Remember, time is limited and the amount that of time we have have to be making good life decisions. Electronics like computers, phones, TVs, and gaming consoles is one of the highest reasons for being lazy. Big Shocker. According to CNN “adults in the United States devoted about 10 hours and 39 minutes each day.”

And the other 3 where me.
Sitting is a big part of society now a days. People sit for school, people sit for interaction, and people sit for driving and obviously much more. Now while sitting doesn't make you lazy the amount of time you sit dose. Are human bodies were not made to sit and the more you sit the worse things can get for your body.
According to CQUniversity “Our backs were never designed to spend long periods of time sitting” Most the time people sit for longer than 9 hours especially if they are working or being lazy. Back pain is the third most common reason people take time off work.
With the amount of sitting people are not getting enough exercise. According to BBC “becoming physically active at any age can reverse the health risks of sedentary living, where the least active stand to gain the most by moving more.”
According to psychology today “People are poor calculators. Tonight they may eat and drink indiscriminately, without factoring in the longer-term consequences for their health”. People nowadays find comfort in eating. If people are depressed they have a greater chance of eating a lot more.
Food today is becoming more deelishis with added sweeteners and sugars to make you like the food and want to buy it more.
Are society is a lot more fast pace then it use to be. Now a days, if people are in a rush and trying to get somewhere, they stop by the nearest fast food joint and eat something that isn’t that healthy to eat all the time. No one sits down and eats a healthy meal enough any more.
