The farmer feels weak but cant leave the mental part of picking apples alone. He can see in his mind all those apples needing to have something done with them. He can see all the work that he needs to do.
He can feel the aches and pains like it just happened.

He has a very interesting family atmosphere. He didn't really have a normal life.

The farmer knows that death is coming but doesn't know what that brings. Will the crop survive the winter? or will it be a bad year for...Apple Picking.
Mental Illness ran in the family. Frost was diagnosed with a depression Mental Illness at a young age. One of his children had a Mental Illness and ended up being put in a Mental Hospital. His sister Jeanie also had a Mental Illness and he was the one that actually put her in a Mental Hospital.
His Children
Robert had 6 Children: Elliot, Lesley, Carol, Irma, Marjorie, and Elinor.
Four of Frost's six children died before he did. One comitted suicide, Another died of Puerperal Fever after giving birth, another died of Cholera, and another died a little while after being born.
