Straw man
By saying that this proves evolution is true, it is a poor example used to refute the opposing view (evolution is not true).
Either/or or false dilemma
Hasty Generalization
Either you love America, or you leave it. One or the other, this is a false dilemma.
By looking at only one part of the elephant, there is not enough information to conclude what an elephant is like. For example, you can not look at the tail of the elephant and say an elephant is like a rope when you have not not looked at any other part of the elephant.
Circular Reasoning
He is restating the fact that they are paper clips as a way to provide evidence. Though really there is no evidence at all that "You can't make something beautiful out of paper clips!".
