Wind electricity

Estonians do not use wind electricity very much, because we have lots of forests and wind is quite weak in Estonia.

However, there are still few wind power plants.

Second-hand shops

Armin-Marlon Mängel, Aleks Nugis, Pille-Riin Pertel

Second-hand shops are quite popular. Usually older people, students and people who have less money buy clothes there.

Sometimes young people buy stuff from second-hand shops for style days and that sort of things

Unfortunately, clothes do not have a very good quality. Not everybody likes to visit these shops. Some fashion designers make new clothes from used ones and or they get left materials from factories (even from Asia)

In art and handicraft classes students creatively use old things because then they do not have to throw them away.

Recycling and reusing old things are also environmentally very important as they help to protect nature, save energy, reduce garbage, air and water pollution.
