My Questions
1. Do you think a microchip like that is possible to build?
Plot
2. What are the dangers of this technology?
3. Do you want a technology like this?
- Christopher searches for Jeremiah Jones, who despises all technical innovation and knows the might of the coherence
- Christopher tells him everything about the Coherence
- together they try everything to stop the coherence and to prevent worse
Christophers role
- also Christophers parents get the chip implanted and become a part of the coherence
- they try to implant a chip to Christopher but the one he gets is broken
- this allows him to shut it down so his individuality is not absorbed by the coherence
- but it is also a risk for him to have this chip, because when it is online the coherence will locate him and he will get one of them
About Christopher Kidd
The microchip
- Christopher Kidd (17) also known as "Computer-Kid"
- at the age of 13 he hacked the international bank system and gave every person 1 billion $
- this made him to one of the most famous hackers
- he helped his father by inventing a microchip that allows people to connect their brains with each other and the internet
- They searched for a way to communicate with the human brain to improve e.g. prostheses
- so they invented a microchip that allows the human to connect with the internet and other brains
- to test this chip a workmade of Christophers dad implants it to himself and enters "Who wants to be a millionaire"
- He wins it because he can operate with the internet and just googles the answers
The Coherence
- He improved the chip be himself and wants that as many people as possible connected with it
- this people form the so called "Coherence" in which they loose their individuality
- all this people now act like one person in many instances
- also they have all the knowledge of the world because of the connection with the internet
