and started to become dependent on drugs which led me to a bad life
But i was still performing for many people and selling out millions of stadiums (Hyperbole)
I decided to join the Army and i stayed there for 6 months
"Snap" (Alliteration) just like that in 1986 i got inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame
My brother died after he was born
I met my wife in 1967
Lisa Presley was my daughter
Although my life was a roller coaster of emotions (Simile)
I still managed to get through each day

Raised in a small white house
My family moved when i was 13 moving me far from my hometown
I decided to open a new door and start my carrier as a singer (personification)
