Having healthy food habits helps you to keep a better life. Your mood, your energy, your health; it all depends on it.

In a good diet, you should eat lots of vegetables and fruits.

Always eat breakfast.

Drink lots of water.

Limit sugary drinks.

Limit fast food and low-nutrient snacks.

Eat in moderated portions.

Limit fat.

Eat less salt.

Avoid fried foods. Choose healthier cooking methods, such as broiling, grilling, roasting, and steaming.

It raises your blood pressure. In consequence you will be more likely to develop heart disease or have a stroke.

Eat foods rich in calcium and iron.
