Primary lesions are lesions that are a different color than the color of the skin and are raised above the skin. Such as, Bulla, Cyst, Macule , Nodule, Papule, Pustule, Tubercle, Tumor, Vesicle, & Wheal.

A Cyst is a closed, abnormally developed sac that contains fluid, pus, semifluid, or morbid matter above the skin
