History

The most earlist known civilation in India was about about 5,000 years ago on the Indus river, which is now called Pakistan. Acharologists uncovered remains of two cities, called Harappa and Mohenjodaro. they uncovered brick houses, piped water, and sewer system. Nobodys knows why, but these cities were abandoned around 1700 BC.The Aryan people were from Central Asia, were they would farm. They arrived in India around 1500 BC, where they spoke Sanskrit.
