The Eaton Centre is a very large and well-known mall that stretches as long as two full city blocks. The Eaton Centre is known for having a fascinating selection of more than 230 retailers, restaurants and services that are all scattered throughout the mall's four busy floors.
1. When planning a visit to one of the largest malls in Ontrio, The Eaton Centre, there are many forms of transportation to travel to the Eaton Centre. The Eaton Centre has many different expressways, and subways/train routes. Also there are four major airports and two major ferries that individuals could go to in order to travel much further distances especially those who are touring Toronto. The Waterfront, where the ferries are located also allows for fresh water to drink.
1. Since the Eaton Centre is such a large and well-known mall, this allows the mall to become very congested no matter what the time of day or night is. Another reason why this might be is because of the large amounts of people living and visiting Toronto. Roads will be filled with traffic, meaning that people traveling to reach their destination will take longer than expected. The more traffic that occurs around the mall, the more likely it will be dangerous for people that decide to walk or bike ride, as well as more air and noise pollution will be created. During the night, the city can still be just as noisy and busy, in which people may become annoyed or distracted.
2. Not only does the mall contain many retailers, services and restaurants, but the retailers, services and restaurants that surround the Eaton Centre allows people that visit to have more options if they decide to leave the mall. Not only do the surroundings of the mall have plenty of shops, fast-food places, cafes, etc... but these buildingsare built very closely to one another allowing an individual to get from one destination to another destination in minimal time as well as the temperature can be much more warmer.
2. The subways that allow people to travel to the Eaton Centre are mostly located in the Downtown area or very far from the suburbs for example Woodbridge. People in these areas need to take far drives to these subway stations to get to where they are headed instead of taking subways in the area in which has not yet been completely yet. The new subway extension will be completed in the next few years.
--> Allows easy access to Yonge Street to direct you to the Eaton Centre
3. Since tons and tons of people live in Toronto and visit Toronto, the mall and its shops and restaurants around it have become very well-known. This allows for a very busy atmosphere in which will make individuals realize how well the businesses are doing and how enjoyable their experiences will be. Every stop that a person takes in Toronto will surely not be disappointed because of the many activities there are.
The Toronto Eaton Centre is Canada's premier shopping destination for anyone who is up for having a fun, exciting, and memorable visit and shopping experience. Because the Eaton Centre is already so popular, it attracts 50 million visitors annually.
3. Lastly, the parking at the mall is very limited and only allows a maximum amount of parking. So much of the time it will be difficult for people who drove there to find a parking spot that is close to the mall. The parking that is available allows only 1300 plus vehicles. Once all the parking spots have been taken, side roads and other roads may start to become congested and cause traffic.
4. The Eaton Centre mall is located near a few Universities. This is great for the students if they are on break, on lunch, because there are many places inside and outside the mall to go to. Another positive to this is that if they live in the area, it is highly possible for them to get a job since there are so many places to apply to.
