The program offers mandarin, Chinese, French and Spanish. Students start the dual immersion process in the First Grade. Each dual language learner will spend one half of their day learning the target language and the other of the day learning in English. A Dual Language student will have two teachers, a teacher that will speak only English and a teacher that will only speak the target language. The students split between the two teachers. The English teacher teaches the student on their reading, writing, grammar, and literacy skills. The target language teacher takes the second half and teaches vocabulary, reading skills, and math.
