• coughs
• has fever
• breathes with difficulty

AND...

WHAT IS AN AREA OF COMMUNITY TRANSMISSION EVIDENCE?

A place where there are infected people but the origin of the infection (patient zero) is not clear.

• If you have taken care of a probable/confirmed infected person while they showed symptoms

a) has traveled/lived in an area of community transmission evidence in the previous 14 days

b) has had close contact with a possible/confirmed infected person.

• If you have been in the same place with a probable/confirmed infected person while they showed symptoms and you weren't at least 2 meters away from them.

WHAT ABOUT CASUAL CONTACT?

• Casual contact refers to a contact that takes place in an enclosed area but is not close.
