One of the attractions of Delhi is the India Gate. The monument "India Gate" was build in memory of 70 thousand Indian soldiers who died during the first World War. The monument was designed by Edwin Lutyens.

New Delhi is capital of India. New Delhi is located on center of Delhi. Delhi became the capital of India in 1911, when George V moved the India's capital from Calkutta to Delhi.
