That IS defacing a sign!
In "A Tell-Tale Heart"
By Austin Crist.
The most ironic event is that the narrator tries to prove he is not crazy.
But he obviously is.
Most sane people don't kill someone
because of one eye...
And they don't cut them up and hide them in floorboards.
Of course, it's also ironic that he reveals it himself.
Even though he was so careful to not make it discoverable.
And he was nicer than ever...
The week before...
HE KILLED HIM!
Did I mention that the police came?
...After only a single scream...
That means that either
A. The police already know he's insane.
or B. The neighbors already knew.
And yet the police were perfectly calm around him...
The insane butler...?
The butler says "calmly, carefully, stealthily" repeatedly at
the beginning, which supports that he's insane.
That's an oximoron.
Why not kill the eye if the old man is not on your hate list?
Unless he's insane!
The butler cut up fish, symbolizing he would cut up the man.
Who would exect him to cut up the old man?
The old man ecpected him to cut up the fish.
Symbolism broken.
And...
Last but not least...
Of course, there's also the fact that he didn't kill the man until his eye was open- you would expect him to kill him either way, because he knows the eye is there...
THE END!
Or is it...
Don't worry...
It might be...
Probably not...
Now it is... Maybe...
Random picture...
The End,,, deal with it!
To the old man...
Irony... how Ironic...
You won't see this...
