The Germans plan was called operation sea lion

they planed to take down the RAF (the Royal Air Forse) take control of the sky's then take over the city's.

Britain's response was to fly up into the sky's and fight back. The Germans my have had more plans but we had better trained pilots and the best plans ever the Hurricane and the spitfire.

the Battle of Britten was a war that took to the sky's. the Germans thought that if they got control of the sky's they would be able to invade from below and concur the city's

what was the effect ?

Britain won the Battle of Britain and this meant that the Germans hate to find another way in to Britain and that we hate to upgrade our fores to be ready in case of another attack.
