Glenroy: North of Bell Street as a site-specific case study: the impact of arts activity with public outcomes. Further research
The City as a Curated Space.

Methodology
Action Research, as a practitioners locating ourselves within a community to understand the research process. An incubating space for artists was developed to engage with local community over 6 months.

Context
Postwar
Australian Dream
suburb, rapidly changing population as in Massey's idea of cities as a process (1994) due to globalizing urban conditions, culturally, linguistically and generationally diverse (the world in a suburb), many disparate groups in the area, arts/cultural activity is under-invested in. Lack of resident activated activity makes it a challenging area to work in. Artists experienced slow to develop relationships.
