How would you interpret your results?

I believe my results are fairly well for my age due to the ways I have overcome many triumphs in my life, from firefighting to my fitness goals, a dedicated mind is unstoppable. I have been training for 3 years now and I have lost 125lbs and I have put an exceptional amount of muscle mass on my physique. When you have a vision and a dedicated mind nothing is impossible, my favorite word to hear is impossible. Because if you try the impossible and don’t succeed then you were already expected to fail, but if you try the impossible and succeed, you just created a vision. And that is a remarkable accomplishment, when I went from 340lbs to 215lbs of success that was my opening moment for actualization. I’m still not finished, and exposing my weak points is what motivates me every day, through hard work and the nutrition principals I know that my mindset is success. Through this mind set, I know it can be applied to day to day life as a principal guideline of success.

Recent research has shown shyness is on the rise in the United States. The increased prevalence of e-mail and social networking have increased isolation. On the other hand, technology also has the potential to help those who struggle with social interaction by providing them a safe place to work on developing their skills.

I scored a 70 on the shyness test. I believe my results are very accurate because im very outgoing,i love making friends and talking to people.Social media and technology has really ruined peoples communication skills, I of course use my phone but I prefer to talk to people in person at least until they've been around me enough to get a grasp of how i joke and talk so when i text them there is no questioning or miscommunication.Shyness becomes an issue when people feel a certain way about someone and they are scared to express it , in my situations i talk to girls, and when it comes to my dating game ,its deffinetly on point. Im an awesome flirt,and a sweetheart..but it seems like people are so involved in texting, that when it comes to being social in person they are awkward. They cant effectively carry on a conversation and almost push me away because at the time i just assume they werent into me? but later on i get told by their friends that they basically loved me?? haha So shyness pushes me away,maybe because im so outgoing that i just dont understand shyness .

Having a vision and making it your reality, chasing your dream and you’re calling while ignoring the “nay sayers”.

I listen to my own drive, but I believe if you have good influences with a “stay hungry” mentality than you are bound for healthy success. With me and my dedication to fire fighting and the gym, there is one common repeating attribute, which is INFLUENCE, if you are influenced correctly and develop the mindset of a champion and surround yourself with dedicated and influenced people of the same type, you all are united for the same goal which brings you together, people don’t become successful by accident, people must have a vision and chase it.

I had ranked 00-04 which is fairly good self esteem. I believe i have great self esteem because i constantly am improving myself and taking leadership roles along with thinking positive. I feel like ive accomplished many things in my life so far and im to that point of actualization, im not there yet but once youve made it past some tough barriers and figured out the path you need, you will achieve your goals and im deffinetly happy with myself and its allowed me to come to terms that im a leader and an alpha, if i set my mind to somthing i can do that goal and be great doing it.

So my lowest factor is self care,which concerns me because i take care of myself a great deal for my goals, my goals. My goals are to body build and my nutrition is pretty good aswell, due to my complex diet vegetables and fruit are neglected and replaced with chicken and rice giving my body the energy it seeks since i workout for hours at a time.
