1) to evaluate the microbiology status of various food in Pavilion UNIMAS

2)to determine the presence of Salmonella and E.coli

  • food can be medium for food borne pathogen

  • food borne pathogen an cause many illness and also, can cause death

  • Pavilion UNIMAS is place where student gather and buy their food

  • the food that is served in the food court in Pavilion UNIMAS is Ready-to-eat (RTE) food

  • RTE food product that provide nutritious meal to consumer
