objective:
1) to evaluate the microbiology status of various food in Pavilion UNIMAS
2)to determine the presence of Salmonella and E.coli
- food can be medium for food borne pathogen
- food borne pathogen an cause many illness and also, can cause death
(Jean et al, 2001)
- Pavilion UNIMAS is place where student gather and buy their food
- the food that is served in the food court in Pavilion UNIMAS is Ready-to-eat (RTE) food
- RTE food product that provide nutritious meal to consumer
