Summary

"your memories are the essence of you"

Memory is a part of people. Relationships, knowledge, tastes, and experiences would mean nothing without recollections. Memory is an illusion we create every time we recall the past and help people to live their life. Memories are about things you have experienced in the past. They are essential for present and future. People learn in their sleep. When people are sleeping, their brain determines what goes into long-term memory and selects which parts of a memory to retain. Infants are constantly learning. But most people have no memories before the age of 2 because long-term memory still immature. People can boost their memory.
