Most farm animals urinate and defecate more frequently and void more excreta that normal, when happy or stressed.

What is an Eliminative Behavior?

It's the behavior associated with the elimination of feces and urine from the body.

Cattle, sheep, goats and swine usually poop while standing up or walking. They also urinate while standing. Animals in lush pastures normally drink less water when they eat dry feed.

Catttle, sheep, horses, goats and chickens empty their feces and urine in a random manner.

Hogs defecate in definite areas of the pasture or pen. Since they defecate in patterns, cleaning them is easier than other farm animals.
