See how many similarities and differences you can remember!
MUST: be able to state 3 similarities or differences.
SHOULD: be able to state 5 similarities or differences and say why these might happen.
COULD: be able to state more than 5 similarities or differences and say why these might happen.
Activity:
Stand up,hand up, pair up and share one thing you can remember that is the same or different.
IN your Spanish books write down some of the things you can remember that are different or the same in England and Spain.
REMEMBER THE AREAS WE TALKED ABOUT ARE THESE:
- school holidays
- the temperature
- playtime/break
- school finishing time
- lunch time,snack and tea times...food they eat.
- clothes they wear to school
- the names the children call their teachers.
- shops and the times they open.

Number each fact and say if it is 'same' or 'different e.g.
1. SAME: The Spanish children have two weeks off at Christmas like us.
2. Different: The children can wear their own clothes to school every day. This is probably because it gets hot and they can choose their own clothes best for the weather.
