a multimedia presentation on the future of the Earth planet

Students:

  • Work in groups
  • communicate through Facebook
  • make a report to the class
  • work hard because the group report will be graded!!!

  • Each group reports to the class
  • they comment the slides...
  • but they do not just read the captions!!!

Pros of Flipped classrooms?

The Pros

2. It promotes collaboration

3. Lessons and content are more accessible

4. Access = easier for parents to see what’s going on

5. It can be more efficient

And what are the cons?

The Cons

1. It can create a digital divide

2. It relies on preparation and trust

3. There is significant work on the front-end

4. Not naturally a test-prep form of learning

5. Time in front of screens is increased
