5. Article 6 talks about the United States as a whole. It states that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and requires all officers of the United States to swear to an oath of allegiance to the United States and the Constitution before taking office.
The First R (Article 4) in the Constitution is made of 4 different sections. The first section states that all states must honor other states' laws. The second section states that citizens must be treated equally and fairly by citizens of other states. The third section breaks down the steps of admittance of new states. And finally the fourth section explains that the United States is a republic and is to remain a republic.
