Transportation in Ancient China mainly constituted of Horse Carriages, Wheelbarrows, Ox Carts. Ox Carts were the means of transport for common people and used for freight, and horse carriages were mainly used for military purpose.

There are more high rise buildings because the price of land is really expensive in major cities in China. There are many units on each floor of the high rise buildings. The design of the buildings has a tendency to look like "lego". Cities are very crowded.
Modern buildings use a lot of concrete and steel so that they can be built into high rise buildings.
Nowadays in China, most people prefer to live in apartments that have 2-3 rooms with 2 washrooms because they are more affordable.
Although apartments have less space than the old houses in Ancient China, people still like the idea of an "open space". The price of houses is very expensive, so people usually buy apartments with modern facilities such as swimming pools, club houses and gyms.
Before the Chang and Zhou dynasties, patterns on clothing were abstract.
After the Zhou dynasty, symmetric designs were in fashion.
During the Ming and Qing dynasties, patterns of flowers, animals, mountains, rivers, lakes and ponds were popular.
Higher class people wore long robes tied with a sash. Lower class people wore trousers that were tight at the ankle. Peasants wore long garments that looked like a shirt.
Yellow was for the Emperor only. Green, white, red and black represented the north, east, south and west.
Higher class people wore silk and embroidery with gold and silver because it felt and looked rich. Lower class people wore rough cotton because the rough cotton was much cheaper than the silk in ancient time. Peasants wore clothes that were made of hemp fiber because it was easy to get from the remains of crops .
Most used in China now days are cottons and synthetic fabric.

They get what they need to eat from the farm, but landlords can also hire labourers to farm the land and the farmer could get money from landlords. Farm sizes were small, all farming were alone by nature labour with some help from animals like ox and horses.
The size of farm are very small and scattered. They were usually next to where their live.
In old times when machines were not invented, the farmers used their bare hands to farm. Their output was small. Later on the farmers used some tools to farm, their output was more.
Nowadays, farming scale is large. The government plans on the type of crops to be grown in the area. They choose those crops that are most needed and can earn the most money.
The size of the farm is big. Farmers can use big machineries to plough, to seed, to fertilize and to harvest.
Large scale farming, crop rotation, four field system improve the output in a great deal. Scientists study to improve the seeds and make the farm more productive and nutritious.
