  • Macedon gave Sparta Argos
  • Anti-spartan coalition captured Spartan naval base at Gythium
  • It was the war against Nabis to remove all his power and since he singed a peace treaty with Rome in 201BC and attacked the territory of Messene
  • 30,000 on Spartan side and 50,000 on Roman side with 98 ships
