Mental Health

Mental health includes emotional and psychological health. Mental health can be affected by biological factors (genes and brain chemistry), life experiences, and family history. Having a strong self esteem and self confidence is a sign of being mentally healthy.

Physical Health

There are several different types of Healths... However we are going to focus on the BIG 3.

Physical health encompasses the act of keeping your body healthy by exercising, eating healthy foods and staying hydrated. Being physically healthy means to balance your nutrition and physical activity along with being able to perform everyday tasks.
