Things That People Don't know about Corkwod Trees and is it endangered ?
- Corkwod Trees are poisonous.
- It protects itself from fire.
- Emus get drunk on the flowers because of the necter.
- Corkwood Trees are not endangered because there are still plenty of Corkwood Trees and if they were endangered it would be because they are used in so many different ways.

Now you might not know what alkaloids are exactly but they are made out of nitrogen atoms that include drugs. Now nitrogen is a chemical that is colourless and is a type of gas.
What do Corkwood Trees do to help us and will it survive in other places?
Corkwood Trees
The scentific name for a Corkwood Tree is Dubosia myoporodies and the normal name is Corkwood Tree. It is a shrub that grows up to 14 metres tall but grows in Queensland and New South Wales. They grow mostly in Desert woodlands.
- They breathe in carbon dioxide and breate out oxygen.
- They help make fire
- It also has alkaloids on the leaves which cures motion sickness and problems that make you feel better if you suffer from motion sickness and stomach problems.
- Even though they adapt to hot areas like the desert they can still survive in other places because it will have more water than in the desert.
Description and how it lives
Corkwood Trees has bark that has a corky texture. The leaves are long and green. Corkwoods have white flowers that are small and grow in groups. They also have black berries that you can't eat. If you look at a Corkwood Tree you will see that they are not as tall as most trees. They also grow from a seed and adapts itself to to live in hot desert places.
