  • to lower one's heart rate
  • to reduce/lose some weight
  • to wear a fancy outfit
  • to improve fitness
  • to reduce the risk of heart disease
  • to change one's sedentary lifestyle
  • to lead an active lifestyle
  • to become slim
  • to develop muscles
  • to reduce the risk of hypertension

  • join a class/ a health club
  • follow a structured programme
  • take up some exercises
  • do high/low intensity exercises

  • do household chores
  • take the stairs
