Case Description:

California police officers witnessed a man named Charles Acevedo entering an apartment containing several packages of marijuana. Acevedo left shortly after carrying a paper bag identical to the packages in the apartment. As he was driving away, the officers stopped him and searched the bag, finding marijuana.
