The mountains are physical, however the human settlement is human geography.

Also humans give negative impact to the mountains since we cut down so many trees for our use.

  • Half of the world's population depends on mountain water
  • Mountains are the centres of biodiversity

Economy

Trees, mines, oil, and gas are natural resources worth money

Human settlement

Sherpas : Naturally born mountaineers whom lives in the Himalays. They are physically adapted to live in the mountain biome.

There are also other people who lives in the mountains, such as Indians of the Andes Mountains in South Africa.
