  • Using slang and using language according to spoken language, the majority is happened because of to make the owner and the customers closer (Reduce the power distance between the owner and the customers) and that also makes easier for customer’s buying and asking for any products.

  • Wrong spelling, there were 3 factors for this changing. First, the hurry of owner in typing advertisement. So that made the mistakes. Second, the ignorance of the owner. And the last is the laziness of typing.

  • Using intended misspelt word. They were happened by the owner needs to emphasize that word and they are also low-context in communication.

• Every "Wrong spelling", "Using English word", "Using language according to spoken language" , "Using language according to written language", "Intended misspelt word" and also "Slang" were collected.

• The customer supposed name will not be collected.
