- Their rehearsal techniques are very unique and they include a lot of physical theatre.
- As a company on rehearsal days, they eat all their meals together and the general vibe is very much like one big family.
- Cornwall is the company's home and they draw inspiration from it and incorporate it into their theatre.
- The theatre itself is very fast-paced and the company comment on this by saying:

- Kneehigh was born in Cornwall in 1980, where a village school teacher began to run theatre workshops.
