Blog it!

Now that we have a start...

Let's blog it!

On your blog write about:

1. The Essential Question

2. The Challenge Statement

3. Brainstorm: What do you want to accomplish? Spitball ideas - come up with as many as you can! Where do you start? What resources do you need?

4. Make a plan: What are your steps? Goals?

Are we working as as a class or in groups?

Photo Challenge!

Challenge Statement

Do we all agree on a topic?

What idea do we want to pursue?

Does this topic lend itself to working in small groups or as a large group together?

Questions?

Your challenge statement should be a verb and actionable.

It needs to be something YOU can work on right now.

You can "flip" your Essential Question, to create your Challenge Statement.

For example: Improve student health and resilience.

Our Big Idea

Dig Deeper

Circle Time!:

How can we make ________ a better place with our photography? (our school, our community, our state, our country, our world, the environment...)

-OR-

Decide on another Big Idea to work on (human rights, drug addiction, violence, identity, voting, resilience...)

Let's build our Essential Question:

To start with...

How does this apply to me? Others?

What does _____ look like?

How might we improve ________ with our photography?

These are just examples/somewhere to start. YOUR group needs to decide on an Essential Question.

Example: How will we build and support social/emotional resilience in our school? (resilience)
